The Safe Access to Termination of Pregnancy Services Bill 2021 will be before the Seanad on Thursday, April 7th for Report and Final Stage.

Please contact your local Government representatives, especially Senators, and ask them to support this Bill.

On October 19th 2021 the Bill was presented to the House – First Stage. This cross party Private Members Bill was sponsored by Senators Paul Gavan, Frances Black, Lynn Boylan, Eileen Flynn, Alice-Mary Higgins, Annie Hoey, Erin McGreehan, Rebecca Moynihan, David Norris, Niall O’Donnghaile, Pauline O’Reilly, Lynn Ruane, Marie Sherlock, Mark Wall, Fintan Warfield.

On November 10th 2021 the Bill was debated – Second Stage.

On February 10th 2022 the Bill was examined and amendments were made – Third (Committee) Stage.
